Linshan Shang, PhD., is a researcher in the laboratory of Dr. Laura Niedernhofer, Director of the Institute for the Biology of Aging and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota. Linshan previously worked on multiple research projects on metabolic diseases with various murine models. She is interested in studying the role of senescence in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and liver fibrosis. In her free time, she likes road trips and long Skype talks with her parents back in China.
